ProTek contacted me after a bad review and I must say they did an outstanding job giving me what I asked for. Definitely a quality company despite not getting off on the right foot! The company says they are more geared to serving corporate clients on retainer, but the company is willing to work with individuals in need of tech support. Jonathan and Jon (two different people) were very helpful in getting me back functioning.

I have been using ProTek IT Solutions for over 10 years now. They came in and solved a major issue remotely that two other local firms in Las Vegas were unable to resolve. They have been handling all of our IT on a remote basis since that time. I only had them physically in my office once since I started utilizing their services in 2014. They are intelligent, they know what they are doing and our computers and servers function fantastic 99.9% of the time. It is still frustrating that other .1% of the time when we have issues, but ProTek jumps in and handles it right away. I highly recommend the use of their services.

I had the pleasure of working with 26bitz For a project at work creating a mental health Chatbot for East African Youth.I cannot emphasize enough, not only how easy they were to work with, but what a joy.The chatbot turned out better than we ever could have hoped and the team was fast, knowledgeable, flexible, and talented.
