I've enjoyed working with Artisan both on internal projects and being placed with clients through them. While they don't see the same number of roles as some of the bigger companies, they do tend to get jobs with higher pay rates than some of the other staffing agencies - and definitely advocate for the talent when it comes to dealing with clients. I would definitely recommend getting in touch if you're looking for work in a digital/creative role.

I worked for Artisan as a Contract Copywriter for more than three years. The team did an excellent job finding me a contract with an outstanding company. In addition to a great placement, Artisan provided me with very good benefits, including 401K and some paid time off, which is unusual in the industry. The most horrible people! They are very reckless, don’t show up to appointments. Not once, not twice but thrice. You call to ask they dodge your calls.Don’t expect call backs. I went to Derek and texted him several times about this and asked to call. Nothing! Figured a month would be long enough. Don’t waste your time on these people
