Disappointing experience. I asked for basic clarity on services and flexibility before signing a long-term SEO contract. Instead of a professional response, I was met with a dismissive tone and told my requests were "arbitrary." If you expect collaboration, transparency, or client-focused communication — look elsewhere.
I can't say enough great things about this company. I hired them to help with my WordPress site maintenance, but they have already done so much more. They respond to all questions faster than any other vendor I've worked with, and they complete requested tasks in record time - and do a great job on them. I work with a lot of consultants, freelancers, and other outside agencies to help with our marketing, and WP Site Plan is by far one of the best I've ever come across.

Hedge's Paid Search team has helped me for over a year and I am very happy with their skills and services....in fact, I just extended our relationship to include SEO management. Highly recommend.
I would never recommend to use this company for advertising. They claim to be experts but they got my google ads account banned almost immediately after running ads for me. It took them 3 months to resolve the none existent issue. I had to pay there advising fee for every month that the account was banned, and when they finally managed to get it running again, they ran the worst returning campaign in my companies history. Don't waste you time or money with these people.
