Roger is honestly superb. Polite, professional, patient and engaged. A rare find. To say he went the extra mile, before we even did business, is an understatement. Both he and Bond gave us their free time - before even asking us to commit to a purchase - so they could get to know more about us, and our project. We got inciteful advice without even having to pay for the first meeting.When you are considering be working with a company regularly, it's important you enjoy working with them/speaking with them. It felt more like speaking to a friend with Roger, than speaking about work when we met him. Which makes it not feel like work at all at times!Roger and his team do their best work, when you are as engaged in helping to craft something special as they are. We highly rate this team for their commitment to going the extra mile.My advice to people in this space, is even if you are just shopping around in this category, schedule a meeting with Roger & Co, and see for yourself why we were so impressed!

We paid this company over $100,000 at the beginning of last year and we have absolutely nothing to show for it. The stress this company caused myself and my family is just unbelievable. We spent our lifesavings on a great idea, and we were so excited in the beginning!Quentin decided he was no longer going to communicate with us last April (3 months after website was supposed to be finished- paid in full), so we had to spend another $10,000 on lawyers just to get this guy to communicate (he even told our lawyer that he hadn't heard from us). Long story short, well over a year later, we have been awarded the full amount ($30,000) from the tribunal which was supposed to be paid on the 10th of April 2025. Even if he paid the $30,000, which he didn't, we would still be down over $70,000 because we still do not have our website.An unbelievable experience to say the least.
