We worked together on a design for a product we needed made in bulk for us. After giving them the go-ahead it took them over 5 months of us having to constantly chase them up before they finally produced a disappointing prototype which was sloppy and flimsy. After being assured that it simply the nature of the prototype we gave them the go-ahead on a large order.Another month later we were given products that were just as shoddy as the prototypes and were barely usable. Since a large sum of money had been invested in this already we reluctantly ordered another batch. That was over 2 months ago, we still have not received the product.
