Friendly, fast, and affordable. Allowed me to bring in my own replacement battery. I would use them again.Suite 220 is back there even though the signs say it isn't.

I can’t say enough good things about Palm Desert Greeks Computer Repair! After trying several other places with no luck, they were the only ones who could actually fix my computer. They were friendly, honest, and quick to get the job done. I’m so relieved to have my computer working again — highly recommend them to anyone who needs reliable tech help!

Visiting family in the area and had an issue with my mac and it not recognizing my external hard drive. Went as a walk-in, the day before my flight and the female employee was so unbelievably kind and helpful. Fixed the problem on the spot, luckily wasn't too complicated. Could not recommend this place more, I have had other issues in the past and always bad experiences at the Apple in Palm Desert. Go to the Palm Desert Geeks they are the best, just be aware they are on the 2nd floor!

As a civil litigation defense firm, our priority is serving our clients, not managing IT headaches. Partnering with Clare Computer Solutions (CCS) has been one of the best business decisions we’ve made. CCS provides outstanding IT support; they are highly knowledgeable and thoroughly understand the security and confidentiality needs of a law practice. In the legal industry, network downtime can be frustrating, but more importantly, it can be incredibly costly. CCS has always understood the importance of network stability, healthy hardware, up to date software and ever evolving cyber security protections and enhancements. The depth of their team gives us the confidence that we can always expect excellent responsiveness. After years of partnering with CCS we’ve come to rely on their proactive problem solving. They continue to insure a reliably stable work environment for our on-site, as well as remote staff. They methodically implement robust cybersecurity measures to keep our sensitive client data fully secure and compliant. A noteworthy dynamic is that they don’t speak in dense tech jargon; they give us clear, practical solutions and support our firm with a priority that we have come to expect. If you are a law firm looking for a proactive, reliable, and trustworthy IT partner, I cannot recommend Clare Computer Solutions highly enough.
