The website says very clearly that they offer 24/7 service on document printing they also have a very wide choice of words for supporting students in need for urgent documents and thats just bull , i called them couple times after they finally picked up the 2 times one said we open at 10 and the other said its 11 , stop with the fake advertisment some people are really in need of those documents and you just make a laught at of them shame on you an your service , there is no option to leave less than one star you dont desearve even that
