We've used Grapevine for over 2 years now and they've been fantastic for us. They manage our PPC campaigns, which are quite complex. We have monthly meetings (weekly to start with) and set action points to keep improving.I assumed they'd set up our ads and then sit back and do little for their monthly fee. That's not the case at all. Every month they come with suggestions and improvements, with very little work needed from our side. They repay their monthly fee many times over.I previously managed our ads myself, but it had become a science in itself.
