Wanted to launch on TikTok Shop in early 2026 and had tried two other agencies before TipTop. Both lost money. TipTop's first call was a fit-check, not a sales pitch. They told us straight: TikTok Shop is creator-driven, not Amazon. If you don't have an active affiliate program with 3 to 5 producing creators, your ads burn budget into an empty audience. They had us send 280 product samples to micro-creators before we spent a dollar on ads. First 30 days: 47 of those creators posted, top 8 produced $80K in GMV before any paid spend. Then they layered Spark Ads on the top creator videos and another $4K of ad spend produced $48K more. What I liked: they actually understand the operational mechanics, not just the marketing theory. The cadence (samples first, then tier 1 commission upgrade, then Spark Ads on creator-credit content) is something other agencies talk about but few execute consistently. 8 months in, TikTok Shop is 22% of our D2C now.

Switched our Amazon FBA account from a percentage-of-ad-spend agency to TipTop's fixed-fee model 8 months ago. The numbers since: ACOS dropped from 32% to 19%. Account health back to "good" within 60 days. Zero suspensions in 8 months despite a Brand Registry IP complaint that came in around month 3 (they handled it without it ever escalating). The thing that's different is the cadence. They run a Tuesday account health meeting on every account, address every notification within 72 hours, and treat inventory reorder math as a marketing variable not a finance variable. Nobody else we'd worked with operated that way. We pay them less per month than our previous agency for more visible work. Weekly time logs. Direct founder access on every call. Recommend them if you're tired of agencies that won't show their hours.

This dishonest practice undermines the integrity of online reviews and is highly unprofessional. Having agencies like this active poses a significant risk to the true purpose of reviews, which is to provide genuine feedback for consumers. I strongly advise against using Blue Water Marketing Agency if they continue to engage in such deceptive tactics.

Hello, my name is Paulina Sotelo and I have a bullying problem with this company. I stopped using their services because they were not meeting deadlines and were making frequent mistakes that were not beneficial to my business. To the point that the entire year and a half that they worked for the company, their excuse was that they had never had an account like mine and that they were learning. They wanted to charge me for each Shopify application that was free, and they bought me an illegal domain that almost took my website. Now I see that they are constantly harassing me, getting louder and louder. I ask you to please calm down. Social media is not for bothering people! This is the first time I've posted a review, but I do not recommend this digital company since they have been sending several people to give me bad reviews on Google! It's not ethical on their part as businesses, sometimes you win, sometimes you lose! Get ready to give your customers the best! 🙌
