I work in IT support, so I was probably more interested in whether this would save us headaches than whether it looked impressive. AppMakers spent time understanding why tickets were getting stuck and found that a lot of our delays were actually caused by people not knowing who was supposed to do the next step. That was a very simple observation, but we had never really stepped back and looked at it that way. The system they planned would make ownership much clearer and let employees see what is happening without constantly asking us for updates. I liked working with them and would do it again.
