Found communication to be an issue. Was a small job that would take "30 mins" and was scheduled for this week, however wasn't completed. Wasn't the best experience.Edit in response: We received no communication outlining the difficulties mentioned. We requested the communication be forwarded to us (the email Danielle said her team sent late Friday) but are yet to receive it. Irrespective, the job was scheduled for that week. Leaving an update till' late Friday is, an communicative issue.
