While working for Primus Pharmaceuticals, the company contracted AtticSalt to rebrand one of our medical food lines. The product itself was known for its safety and efficacy, but the agency felt that the brand's identity didn't quite reflect those traits. We were all shocked by the new proposed look and feel. Worked with this agency, it was a very inconsistent experience. An expensive one trick pony with no real concepts to add value to a project, work felt borrowed. There are no metrics tested on work, I did not see an actual process with any testing of copy, it all just seemed to be subjective to what one person likes and no one ever mentioned the audience.
