I used Q4Launch when I owned a bed and breakfast. I sold the B&B in May 2024 at which time I properly finished paying my monthly expenses and notified them in a timely manner as per Q4 guidelines. Suddenly, in November 2024 Q4 started billing me $325 for monthly services. They billed me again in December and January. I have been sending emails and calling for over a month now trying to get refunded with no success. Nobody answers the phone and now I got charged $325 again for February. I had to call my bank and pay $33 for them to stop the charge. Ridiculous! Terrible customer service!

We had OnMark design our entire Digital Marketing Program including website, social media, SEO, landing pages, blog posts, email marketing and lead conversion. They have the best automatic lead conversion program on the market - they call it LeadStrike and it works great.They have been around for a long time and really know what they are doing. Also, very nice people and easy to deal with. Highly recommend them.
