We are in different time zones so every time I request a change that is beyond my abilities, it is done perfectly by the next morning. They are helpful and instructive when we ask questions. I used Q4Launch when I owned a bed and breakfast. I sold the B&B in May 2024 at which time I properly finished paying my monthly expenses and notified them in a timely manner as per Q4 guidelines. Suddenly, in November 2024 Q4 started billing me $325 for monthly services. They billed me again in December and January. I have been sending emails and calling for over a month now trying to get refunded with no success. Nobody answers the phone and now I got charged $325 again for February. I had to call my bank and pay $33 for them to stop the charge. Ridiculous! Terrible customer service! "

As mentioned in my previous review, we have had a fabulous relationship with Q4 and have realized tremendous success from our marketing partnership. In late 2020 we had a photo shoot of the inn and decided to expand our relationship with Q4 and produce a new website. We consistently receive compliments about the website - the photos, the easy navigation to make a reservation, and the wealth of information about what to do when visiting Amelia Island. Just this past weekend, we received a half a dozen compliments from our guests. Thanks to Candis, Ariel, and your team for our success in 2021 and we are off to great start for 2022! "

The Addison on Amelia Island became clients of Q4Launch earlier this year when we decided to have one source for our marketing needs. The team has been extremely responsive and creative with our marketing from email blasts, to social media posts, to newsletters. Prior to Q4Launch, we were doing some of this ourselves and it became cumbersome to keep up with all the different sites and develop content. When the pandemic hit, we continued our marketing and this is the first time we have had guests, new and previous, respond to the communications, saying it was nice to hear we were doing OK and they were encouraged to stay with us due to our communications around our safety procedures for COVID-19.
