Our non-profit had originally worked with another firm to redesign our websites, but gave up when it became clear they did not understand what we wanted and had no process to figure it out (and little interest either). So we were absolutely delighted when Brad Gray began our initial conversation with the right questions and laid out a process that would help us think through what we wanted our site to do for us. The design process went smoothly and was completed on time. Brad was always available to answer questions. Requests for revisions to the design were happily accepted and completed.
