Laid me off with no reason, they won’t stand up for you as MSP, won’t fire the manager who doesn’t show up most of the time but will fire people who show up on time and do their job right. Asks technical questions that are completely irrelevant to the client requirements and are extremely rude and condescending, and also expect you to write coding solutions for their questions under 5 minutes. Former employee- the beginning working relationships appears to be promising but what I learned was that their vendors were not prepared to provide onboarding credentials and training. Not to mention the company is very limited on company communication. It literally took 2-4 weeks for me to receive proper training and credentials. Not to mention the two vendors I was assigned being able to maintain employability of contract for a year. In the 2.5 years I was there I’ve been laid off twice and upon my 3rd assignment I had to take a pay cut. I decided to part ways and upon my existing they decided to switch my final check to paper instead of an electronic deposit without telling me. When I called / email the company to learn what had happen; I had to repeat my calls with no response back from them. When I finally spoke with HR I was I informed they need to ensure the return of company equipment. I was totally surprise, because no communication was conveyed to me, that they holding my pay Check. I’ve always been a loyal employee even with the 2 lay-offs, and decrease in pay. I never thought they would be ornery and be spiteful towards the end when they had me waiting on them for my return label to return the company equipment. I sent it back soon as I got the label, yet I am still waiting on my final paycheck which they have fail to confirm is in the mail. Not a bad company to work for, but strongly ask the top questions surrounded around sustainability, pay increases and employment, annual reviews, their vendors, process, and training, and the length of their vendors contracts.

Working here feels like joining an elite squad of tech theurgist. The office has just the right mix of productivity and chaos to make every day exciting, like a Silicon Valley sitcom. Do join this company they will keep your emplyment status on hold due to project issue and dont give that payment when you are or nold.It's a very bad company, there is no growth in it. Don't ever join it, and their salary is extremely poor. They completely wasted my time
