I started working with VSA in 2016 after going through three other services over the prior two years. These other services were sole practitioners and very small operations. They lacked oversight and control, something on which VSA is strong. In other words, the work gets done.And when the work is done there are positive results.The communications is excellent (Michele is great), they are flexible to my client’s ever changing schedules, and the feedback from those with whom they set appointments for me is positive (about the caller and their demeanor). To the person on the other end of the call it seems the caller is part of my business, which means they are very professional. I highly recommend VSA, and have recommended them to others.

Our company has been working with VSA for about 5 years. They are such a great time and an extension to our sales and customer service team. They have both performed lead generation activities (i.e. appointment setting), as well as, customer service survey calls. VSA was quick to learn our ideal customers. They do a great job with getting to the right person. Our business is both service and product sales and VSA has a great grasp of what our objectives are. So sphiscated accounting systems I must say. For what? Never saw an irs payable in any return they asked me to prepare although I’m no licensed accountant. No names no whistle just a honest google review. Makes me wonder what an accountant does, cooking books or AICPA reporting them. No mark up in my basis. The roc building is beyond comprehension though, they even do SNL up or down stairs never got to see a show so I don’t know

As an accounting firm I would give them 1 star. I recently discovered a litany of deductions they failed to consider. You will be given an EA, which is just a glorified tax preparer. They will know nothing and be slow to reply. You might as well get your taxes done by H&R block or a proper independent CPA. If these folks do your taxes, get prepared for a larger tax bill. I strongly advise against it.
