As an accounting firm I would give them 1 star. I recently discovered a litany of deductions they failed to consider. You will be given an EA, which is just a glorified tax preparer. They will know nothing and be slow to reply. You might as well get your taxes done by H&R block or a proper independent CPA. If these folks do your taxes, get prepared for a larger tax bill. I strongly advise against it.

Spent 15 minutes doing a survey that promised $25, but when I got to the end after it asked me to confirm the email address I want the gift card sent to, I next got the following message instead of the $25 gift card: "Thank you for your interest in taking this survey, however, the survey has already reached the required number of respondents. We appreciate your willingness to share your opinions with us." I think that would have been good to know BEFORE having me take the entire survey. Thanks for wasting my time and collecting my data for free!

I did not receive my $5 gift card as promised and wasted 30 minutes of my time. For a new mother, going on barely any sleep, taking care of a newborn, and in need of an extra 5 bucks for baby supplies this was disappointing. Don't waste your time!Update: I submitted a ticket to their survey support without getting any response to this day. Again, don't waste your time!
