The office is kept in pristine condition, the desk staff are extremely professional, frendly, and attentive. The research staff are also very professional, friendly and make you feel comfortable and at ease. The building itself is easy to see from the street but the entrance is not the easiest to find and was difficult to see and find. Otherwise my visits are very pleasant and I am I am happy to visit every time I'm invited to come. I look forward to my visits.

Was working with Collyn on a mystery shop, and it gave the option for two dates. I simply asked to reschedule as I had an unexpected surgery. Instead of being flexible, she removed me from the shop without proper communication and just cancelled the shop on me and reassigned me. She said she would get back to me in a moment, but instead just cancelled the job. This was very unprofessional.
