Was working with Collyn on a mystery shop, and it gave the option for two dates. I simply asked to reschedule as I had an unexpected surgery. Instead of being flexible, she removed me from the shop without proper communication and just cancelled the shop on me and reassigned me. She said she would get back to me in a moment, but instead just cancelled the job. This was very unprofessional. "

I have always had very quick repsonses to my emails and the team has been wonderful to work with, especially Stacy. I have been able to contact Stacy and the team for any clarification I might need on a shop and receive a response in a very quick manner. "

I've been working with IntelliShop as an Independent Contractor for about 4 years. The pay is reliable and better than many other evaluation companies; likely because the surveys tend to be lengthy with a substantial amount of narrative. If you don't have good writing skills, this probably isn't the company for you. This review is about a new (to me) scheduler named Doug Morrison. First of all, Doug refers to his contractors as "Auditors". That's what we do. We do audit and evaluate service. The term "Mystery Shopper" doesn't really reflect what we do. I thought that was really respectful. Further, Doug reached out via text, not one of these non-targeted emails that don't tell the contractor, up front, where the project is until the end. Doug stated he had a project, said where it was, what the pay was, and when the payout would be. We exchanged texts, spoke over the phone, and he sent the guidelines, the survey, and a link where I could research the product I'd be addressing. If you're not a service evaluator, you probably won't understand how important this type of communication is between the scheduler/project manager and the auditor.
