After having a bad experience with Elite, I received a call from Cody. My guess, he's a CSR. I was impressed with his passion for customer service so I decided to give them another try. Cody was on top of the job and exceeded my expectations. The boxes were perfect and delivered quicker than promised. I ended up giving them another job. This second box was absolutely magnificent.
