We've used Good Code in the past and had good satisfaction with the work. In this project, unfortunately we had a bad experience.The situation:1. We had a front end project that we wanted to get done externally because our internal devs were focused on other projects2. The project was fully taped out, high fidelity designs were complete, and the back end was finished prior3. GoodCode quoted 60 hours to complete the work, terms were agreed to and the project was scheduled4. The developer who was assigned was a new hire to GoodCode which gave some pause, but we had good experiences prior so we assumed it would be the same5. There were no updates sent to us as the project progressed6. Project went over the 60 hours with no notice until right before delivery that it exceeded the amount by 20+ hours7. The developer opened a 5,156 line PR with our team for delivery8. When we asked to break up the PR for easier review, was told we would have to pay for the hours to do so9. We refused to pay more given the project had already significantly exceeded the estimateWe tried to appeal that this service was unacceptable given how much we were paying per hour for Good Code expertise. They refused.While they were responsive and within a reasonable time frame of delivery, I was very disappointed in how this project turned out.

If you're looking to develop a product, look no further. Whether or not your an aspiring entreprenuer who is ready to appear on Shark Tank or a Fortune 500 company, Phil and his team at StudioRed will have your back. We initially developed a product using another engineering firm that went sideways. Because of this, we started looking at other firms to help pick up where we left off. Trust me, we were not in good shape! After some formidable research, we found StudioRed's expertise and portfolio to be a perfect match. An initial phone call with the owner sealed the deal. They immediatley jumped to help our situation and utilized all their resources and network to get what we needed accomplished. I've dealt with dozens of vendors being a business owner for nearly a decade and this was by far one of the best experiecnes we've ever had, hands down. I bought my Omnium from these guys and I gotta say it is running smoother than expected. They were not lying in the brochure when they said you would need a large plot of land to set it up, but luckily I had some farm land that only a few people were using. So done with that and on to the wild world of robot production! So far its made a cool robot that turns into a tank for all terrain cruises, a flock of cross-legged floating dudes who are great at cleaning, and a large centaur-ish creature that is more or less a butler for beverages. The Omnium 3D printer is by far the best purchase I have made in the last decade. It even seems to be learning, today it used my name when I walked in! WHAT COULD GO WRONG!?

We own a small apiary, Barters Island Bees, on the coast of Maine. When we decided to market our honey, we reached out to Tammy Duncan, the owner and creative director of Orange You Glad. She immediately grasped the essence of the brand that we wanted to build and created designs that were fun, engaging and that perfectly captured the unique aspect of raising bees on the coast of Maine. .Her creative input was brilliant. The iconic logo features a honeybee with a buoy for a body! Wherever our honey is sold, people tell us that they love our buoy bee logo! Even the owner of the company that prints our labels told me that it was his favorite logo of all those he prints! From our logo to our label design, she brought our vision to life! Over the last 3 years, Tammy has continued to help us shape and refine our brand. When we decided to re-design our website, we immediately consulted her. She created a site that has generated sales from all over the country. Our sales have soared on line since the site launched this past July, and we are just now beginning to really market ourselves. If you want to create a brand for your business or build a website, I cannot endorse this company highly enough.
