10 Tech (formerly NNTC) is a Dubai AI company, founded in 2016, that builds enterprise AI for government, banks and industry across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

We build AI agents that work inside existing systems, bilingual Arabic and English assistants, document intelligence and computer vision. For organisations that cannot send data abroad we deploy on-premises GPU platforms or in-country cloud, and we design the governance that lets an agent go from pilot to production. Engagements start with a fixed-price pilot that ends in a measured result.

We also build VR training simulators and Unreal Engine digital twins, and we put AI inside them. Our VR security-training system for the Abu Dhabi Monitoring and Control Centre scores trainees automatically from eye-tracking and biometric data, on an on-premises AI layer. Earlier AI work includes facial-recognition KYC onboarding for Oman Arab Bank, with account opening in under five minutes, and an AI smart-glasses application with facial recognition for Dubai Police.
