Paid a premium price for a web build. The business was closed midway though but we honored our agreement and paid out the build regardless. They continued to then charge for six months 'hosting and management'. The price was almost twice what they quoted and charged 'management fees' on a non-live, non trading business. Waited six months to escalate those cost to me so I couldn't cancel because I didn't know about it. Refused to even consider waiving the thousands in 'management fee' that they did nothing for. Horrible experience, run away. "Nathan Dale's Review Sourced from Google
Unwilling to help and accommodate my needs. I'm someone that would prefer an initial interaction and quote via email correspondence as that's how I find I get my information and requirements out best, but they did not want to help with this at all. Simply to lazy and not willing to go out of their way to help with this, just simply palmed me off to another agency. This day and age customer service goes along way and this business really lacks it. "sammy syardcare's Review Sourced from Google
Not the worst e commerce agency. They do know their stuff however price wise is VERY high. Not trying to have this agency lose business but just saying the truth. Yes they are not the cheapest for complex coding however they do know their stuff. "Zakariya Zakky's Review Sourced from Google
4mation is not just a great place to work... it's so much more! Daily sports activities, games like ping-pong, free food, unlimited alcohol... and those are just some of the benefits. Most importantly - lots of fun people ! "SCM's Review Sourced from Google
not the best recruitment experience. was invited to go in for multiple interviews without being informed that the reason I was being interviewed more was because I had been unsuccessful from previous rounds ... gave me the false hope that I was getting close. and like most companies, a non-successful reply wasn't even given as they had falsely promised.
