Paid a premium price for a web build. The business was closed midway though but we honored our agreement and paid out the build regardless. They continued to then charge for six months 'hosting and management'. The price was almost twice what they quoted and charged 'management fees' on a non-live, non trading business. Waited six months to escalate those cost to me so I couldn't cancel because I didn't know about it. Refused to even consider waiving the thousands in 'management fee' that they did nothing for. Unwilling to help and accommodate my needs. I'm someone that would prefer an initial interaction and quote via email correspondence as that's how I find I get my information and requirements out best, but they did not want to help with this at all. Simply to lazy and not willing to go out of their way to help with this, just simply palmed me off to another agency.
