I’ve worked with Robert for a number of years now and he has helped me resolve so many issues that I experienced with my “self-made” website as a non-techie person! He has helped with everything from sorting out viruses which crashed my system, resolving speed issues and got my website to an “A” ranking on GT Metrix, along with providing endless amounts of advice of where improvements can be made, particularly in relation to SEO. He has been instrumental in integrating a bespoke “course booking system” to our website which involved him liaising directly with a third party provider on our behalf over a period of weeks to discuss all of the configuration issues. We are based in the UK and Robert in Canada and so he had to work around the difference in time zones in order to do this. He did this very successfully and we now have a very streamlined booking system, thanks to Robert’s knowledge, tenacity and skill.Robert offers a very personal service in that he is incredibly speedy in his responses to emails and completing the work that is requested of him in good time. He has kept me up to date every step of the way and he is also very personable and a pleasure to deal with. His prices are reasonable and his technical knowledge and expertise is second to none. Robert was quick in responding and designed a wonderful Wordpress version of my original website. That being said, we had problems understanding each other sometimes which added time to the overall process and timelines. At the end of a year of development, there are still some things not yet working correctly on the website. He would benefit from some Project Management training, as well as web design. "

I have no idea what I am doing technically, but Robert made a complete overhaul of my website VERY easy. He worked so expeditiously even given my many requests and had my complete trust throughout the process.I also want to say that he took our complete mess of a “coded” website(made by a friend) and built a beautiful easy-to-update template so we aren’t even reliant on him in the future. He even went above and beyond and sent instruction on how we can update the website ourselves.All this for such a reasonable and affordable price.
