I wish there was a Zero Star option. I utilized and Affinitiv system (CommunitySafe)for emergency notifications of customers utilizing my business for 9 years. I recently went to the website to update my customer database information, but the website was down. I tried for several days to log on but the site was still down. I contacted my technical rep at Affinitiv. He replied " CommunitySafe is down and won’t be coming back unfortunately." No notification; no suggestion for an alternative system to help with my needs; no nothing. What an unprofessional response and lack of customer focus. On November 5, 2024, I received a form letter from Affinitiv CFO Joe LaDuke saying "effective 10/15/2024 we will no longer be offering or fulfilling CommunitySafe. We want to assure you this decision was not made lightly." It may not have been made lightly, but it was made with no consideration for customers that were utilizing the application and we were notified after the fact that the system was no longer available with no alternative option provided! They also sent a check for prorated fees, but the check was about 50% less than what the refunded prorated fees should have been! Tried to call them repeatedly. They do not answer the phones and do not return any voicemail messages. This is a horrible company. Unless you are a major company with leverage, do not give this company your business. They have no regard for a small business customer. "

I was scheduled for a zoom interview where Devon showed up for 2 mins and said he had to go and would call me back in "literally 3 mins" which never happened. I waited 24 hours still no call, no text, no email. I was making a HUGE move from IL to AZ and I was ALL in on this company except the lack of communication and lies that are fed during the interview process are cruel and unprofessional. I have all 11 emails to and from their recruiter, Mary which I will be uploading on Glassdoor. 19 years in automotive and i NEVER been through a hiring process like this. Look at all the reviews on glassdoor they have some sad and upset current and former employees. "

If i could leave no stars I would.My phone calls and voicemails have been ignored for weeks and I finally got ahold of our account manager and he told me he was in a meeting and hung up on me.I tried the corporate office as well... and again no answer, just sent to voicemail. "
