We have lost more than 10k so far but the lost time is even worse. They are not Magento expterts, they should provide solutions to problems not more problems.We relied on them for a migration from M1 to M2 and a refitting of our old Magento site on March.They said they would be done in 5/6 weeks from mid-March. We are at the end of September and they have abandoned the project saying that it is completed.Not correct obviously. We are very disappointed about it, unfortunately we are far from a solution.They also do not want to assist the new agency we have designated to solve the problems they have created.Don't rely on their services if you don't want to waste time and money. Bought their theme Franco, which is now no longer developed, and you cannot get any sensible answers from the support. Avoid this company's products is my advice.
