We have been using Alliance for years now and they consistently provide top notch service. We recently had every computer and multiple laptops replaced in our office. Kevin and his team made the transition effortless on our end from ordering and programming to installation. Adam and the techs who came on site took time with each employee to make sure every item that needed to be transferred or backed up was done correctly before the disconnect and reconnect. All employees were back up and running with absolutely no issues. We did not have to lose a work day and lose revenue or shut down the office during this switch as they made sure they were ready when they arrived and were very efficient with their time. We have been using the VOIP service with them for almost 6 months now. I can not believe I didn't make the switch sooner! When owning a small business your phones are the key to making money. Missing phone calls or not being able to return a call in a timely manner can kill you. Their help in setting up voicemails being sent to my cell phone as well as the easy ability to change messages has been a much needed service at my studio. Also having the flexibility of taking your phone with you to a different location gives me the flexibility I need when working offsite.Their technical support is also worth noting! This whole VOIP thing was new to me and I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to understand it or know how to use it.
