They acknowledged the information and assured me that I would receive a follow-up call. However, no one reached out.After waiting for several days, I followed up with a call myself, only to be informed that my profile did not meet their criteria. This could have easily been communicated at the beginning, saving both time and effort. The lack of transparency and communication was frustrating and unprofessional.I hope the company improves its communication process going forward to respect the time of job seekers. "
