I reached out on very short notice (3.5 days) before our first webinar call and they helped coordinate a very professional style webinar for our surgeon call. I appreciated there availability to speak and setup each speaker (4 surgeons) before the actual call to make sure there video and audio was optimal. They also were helpful in giving direction on how to open the call and for participants to ask questions so that it looked all seamless and not jittery.
