Good service , was closed for cleaning but made an exception for me arriving.Even though website said they would be open. General feeling I get in Philippines is that all photography stores are just stockists but struggle helping with any real photography advice . This I've experienced at multiple stores and maybe it's employment of individuals who are more sales based rather than experience based. So study exactly what you require beforehand and you may as well shop online .Also most stores are currently sold out of beat sellers due to Christmas demand and only restocking in a week.I left my contact details with a gentleman that didn't introduce himself so I can't mention his name here in the review . "

Big thanks to Ana for her attentiveness and quick responses to my queries. I appreciate her team's efforts in completing my order promptly, receiving it the next day. The material's quality is excellent. Kudos to your team, and I'll definitely consider future transactions. A shout-out to Agot for helping relay my message to Ana. "

This doesnt even deserve a star. I walked in asking about some items i want to purchase but this guy is kinda rude cause he wasn't really assisting me but he was answering some questions then he would repeatedly turn and put his attention back to his phone. Hello???!! I was there right infront of his face wanted to ask more questions but he seamed not interested. Why? Cause I was just inquiring for a cheap tripod? And I was haggard and dressed poorly that time. I was planning to buy my first dslr cam there, i was interested to buy a Bmpcc 6k pro but it was too much so I ended up buying sony a7iii and lens but NOT in this store. NEVER AGAIN will I ever try to purchase from this store with the way he was with me?? Never again. "

Affordable prices for your photography & videography equipment needs.Staff is accomodating and helpful & friendly with the customer's inquiry.Parking space is limited to 1 or maybe 2 slots. "

Friendly staff they demoed my 18 inch ring light for very quickly. A little bit of up-selling going on but that's fine i upgraded my light stand to a heavy duty 1 for an additional 500 pesos. I'm happy with my purchase i got it home it was easy to setup and it's working perfectly. Only con is when i got there at 12:30 p.m. they were at lunch so i had to wait around. so be aware they close from 12 to 1pm for lunch break. "
