Atico³ is a senior UX/UI design studio based in Barcelona, founded in 2013. We design digital products for startups and scale-ups that need design quality without the overhead of hiring in-house.

Over 13 years we've worked with more than 100 companies across Europe and North America from early-stage SaaS startups preparing for their first fundraise to global brands like American Express, AXA, and Qustodio. Our work spans product design, mobile app UX/UI, web design, branding, and web development.

We work differently from traditional agencies. Instead of project-based retainers or hourly billing, we offer a monthly subscription: clients get two dedicated senior designers available, submit unlimited design requests via Trello or email, and receive proposals within 12 business days on average. The subscription is month-to-month with no long-term commitment clients subscribe when they need design capacity and cancel when they don't.

This model is built for product teams with engineering capacity but no senior design resource: the backlog gets cleared, the dev team stays unblocked, and design quality stays consistent without the risk and cost of a full-time hire.
