Have been with Best Reception for 6 years. Their staff and managers have always been amazing, and they were always an integral part of my business. However, they were bought out recently and it’s not an exaggeration to say that they make mistakes on a daily basis now. EVERY DAY! Over the last 6 months, they have damaged my business immensely, messed up appointments, upset patients and are now incapable of following the most basic of instructions. Multiple, now weekly complaints from patients, patients regularly waiting over 5 minutes on hold for an appointment. It’s simply not good enough. I’ve had conversations daily with the managers to try and resolve these issues. I’ve now found an alternative, as I feel that this week was the last straw. Complaints from 2 patients about one of the receptionists being rude—a new and existing patient. It’s a shame, as they were a huge part of my business. Now, they’re losing me business and making more work for me to resolve their daily mistakes. I can see from other reviews that I’m not the only one with this problem. Also, speaking to competitors has only confirmed that people have been leaving Best Reception in their droves. They are clearly trying to work on their Google reviews to mask this as much as possible, so my advice would be to read the most recent reviews for tos business.The most insidious part is that I couldn’t work out why my business was declining. I receive emails whenever there are missed calls. However, most insidiously, they have been answering all calls and then placing patients on hold for 5-6 minutes at a time—until they hang up and likely go somewhere else. I estimate that I have lost almost 50% of my business is 6 months. No accountability from this business—just empty promises of raising issues with quality control that never amount to anything. The same mistakes happen again a day later. Still trying to hold me to contract for a service that is not fit for purpose, too.UPDATE: after agreeing to give them a chance to resolve issues, partly due to their refusing to let me leave within their cancellation policy (despite all the issues), I’ve now just received the email below from a NEW patient. Best reception never even notified me about this call. They buried it. Absolutely disgraceful!“I rang the ###### number this morning as I was wanting to book an urgent appointment and register as a new client.The female who answered was very abrasive and said the ###### practice was closed...so I reiterated it was ####### I wanted. She asked for my number and then I was cut off! I waited for her to call me...but nothing. I am loathe to ring again I'm afraid, as her rudeness was not conducive to what I had hoped for from a Holistic practice, and I now need to look elsewhere, as it was urgent. Kind regards, ######” "

They were once good but then sold out to large corporation which has resulted in service falling off a cliff. Avoid at all costs, its a shame to see a once flourishing company totally fail at the very basic task of answering the phone "

AVOID. Best Reception was once good, but they got sold out at the end of last year. Since then they are systematically destroying businesses. Dead phone lines, outages, phone lines being hung up and constant engaged tones and mistakes. Go somewhere else, we are (which is a shame after nearly 10 years with them). "

Terrible service. We have used best reception for the past 4 years. Price more than doubled. Service has done down hill in the past 6 months. Customers call and no one answers the phone. I could cry! Avoid at all costs. "
