Have to use them since they bought Agility Communications. Opened a couple of service tickets only to find they would work them and then not lock or log off the server when they finished. Called and spoke to the service manager who assured me that this would be addressed and not happen again. three weeks later, I opened a ticket and what happens, they work the issue and then just disconnect from the session and not log off. In todays environment of cyber breaches, this is a very important security concern. Since then, I have disabled their account and they have to connect through me. On top of all that, I have received no less than 4 emails this morning asking me to leave a Google review. Well, here's your review. "

I've had major IT issues as well as just "dumb" things that come up with my computer or computer programs that I need help with...and they are always terrific. They answer calls fast, jump on my computer and get things fixed in no time. With some of the more complicated issues I've had, the job gets escalated up to the next tier of help and is always fixed as fast as possible.
