Bluechip Computer Systems LLC

Worst service ever. Special shoutout to Jancy.Once they receive your payment, don't expect any proactive updates. I had an issue with my camera and asked them to fix it. The engineer came, checked the camera, but failed to resolve the problem. I was then told that another team would be arranged to fix it, but until now, no one has shown up.The only time I get any update is when I message Jancy first. If I don't follow up myself, I hear nothing at all. Customers shouldn't have to chase a company for updates after paying for a service. To make matters worse, the manager tried to offer compensation. When I declined, his attitude changed immediately and became unprofessional. Instead of addressing the issue respectfully, I was met with poor customer service. If I could give 0 stars, I would. "

We had an excellent experience working with Bluechip on the installation of our IT infrastructure, including access points, firewalls, and other equipment, as well as the supply of printers, TVs, and monitors. Their product quality, timely delivery, coordination, and after-sales support were outstanding. I would especially like to thank their Sales Manager, Lorenze, for her responsiveness, proactive communication, and dedication, even on weekends. Bluechip is a highly professional, solution-oriented company that truly understands its clients' needs and delivers real value. We appreciate their excellent service and look forward to working with them again in the future. "
