Kyle was responsive and very helpful; after resolving the original issue, we encountered our help systems responding to each other in a loop, which kept creating new tickets in my help system. He addressed the issue on his end by (or maybe even before) I found a way to address the issue on my end. 26 tickets and 20 minutes later, we had resolved the infinite loop. If I hadn't been fortunate enough to find a solution on my end, it would have been massively worse if Kyle had not acted with urgency.
