There's definitely shady business being done and I'd advice against any service provided by them.An associate and I reached out to do some web design and building wth promises of a functional & user friendly navigation webepage system. We agreed with high hopes, being that they were convincing in their abilities and guarantees of a job well done. We did have to pay a deposit $2,000, which seemed excessive, however, we wanted to support local and believed we were in good hands.After patiently waiting for what was more than a reasonable number of weeks, we felt it necessary to back out due to mainly the poor communication and explanation for the lack thereof. We agreed to pay for whatever services and/or tasks that'd been completed thus far, and just requested a refund of the amount that we'd receive after those costs were deducted.Finally we got in touch with the owner, who's attitude towards our unsatisfaction was less than welcomed. He took no responsibility for his unprofessionalism.After enough pressing him, he finally decided to relay to us that his crew of employees assigned to our work order, had walked out on him. He told us we would not receive any of the $2,000 deposit that was put forth, although there was not a single receipt or paper that we were provided that could account for any money.The excuse that we were given when we demanded he prove the deposit was spent on was absurd. He then tried changing his story saying he had to compensate the employee's. That seemed plausible , but his dishonesty in all he said before that left us curious to check with the employee's themselves.Not only did he not pay one person, but it turns out his unwillingness to pay them for previous work was to blame for his sudden workload.He pocketed the money and basically made 100% profit in doing so. SO far from acceptable !! "

We had two great promo videos produced with Buzzbizz. They were patient with our schedule and content changes and our long-internal review process. Very helpful with suggestions and bringing ideas to life. Looking forward to working with the team again! "

Hired the studio to create a website and business cards, and am extremely pleased with the results and costs associated with it.Edit, 2 years later...can't stand this place. I discontinued my services with them a year and a half ago, still getting invoices for services I'm not even using. I call every time I get an invoice, tell them to stop service immediately, 3 monts later, get another invoice. "
