Our Scope of Work (SOW) centered on designing a user-friendly marketplace app to connect homeowners with a network of vetted service professionals for property care tasks such as cleaning, maintenance, and lawn care. This involved UI/UX design, feature integration for scheduling and payments, and implementing a system for user reviews and ratings to ensure quality and trust within the platform. "

Our main goal was to create a mobile app that would allow the card users to search for available facilities that they can access with it. The reason to do that was that we wanted to stand out from the competition. A mobile app would allow us to offer comprehensive services to our customers. Also, a software product and collaboration with an IT company gives a perspective for future growth.We reached out to Cenango, they proposed UX & UI workshop that would be performed to determine project details, estimate the cost and prepare prototypes. Then we could sign the development contract. Recommended technology was React Native for cross-platform mobile apps for iOS and Android. This way, we could reach out to all potential clients and save time for building an app at the same time - so we agreed on the proposed solution. THEY ARE GREAT. "

We started the project by creating specifications and clarifying the requirements for developing a new app. Next, we collaborated with Cenango on the official project plan and designed the architecture for both iOS and Android. After that, we built the app to perform the necessary functions. Additionally, we created a web-based back office to manage the app's service. Cenango is currently assisting us with submitting the app to the App Store.The team we work with has undergone some changes, although some members remain the same. We have an Android developer, an iOS developer, a QA specialist, a UX/UI expert, and two individuals responsible for back-end operations and architecture. We also collaborate with a project manager and a senior project lead. Depending on the current release, we may work with 1-2 members from the DevOps team.The Cenango's team is incredibly hardworking and always willing to go above and beyond. They're excellent with follow-up, and overall, they're a pleasant team to work alongside. "

It was first created 18 months ago, and then updated 6 months ago. Its working very well. The app itself is solid. The backbone of it is really solid. The interconnectivity with the cloud servers and all that setup was also done by CENANGO. I really have nothing to complain about. It has been a very collaborative process. They listen to our needs, provide solutions, and take our feedback into account. We either email through Teamwork or have status calls. During the initial development phase, their project manager responded to emails in a timely manner and did a good job of relaying things from the developers. He also sent updates every Friday and kept us informed if the team was falling behind, which rarely happened. "

We used a combination of Basecamp, Jira, emails, and weekly meetings with leads and key engineers as appropriate. We always summarized needs and issues, and cenango responded. They deeply cared about the success of our program. We started out with fixed specs and then went to more flexible, customer-responsive requirements that they supported as a true team member. "
