We have been using CG for our IT needs for the past 3 years. When my laptop was not responsive at all, I was horrified, to say the least, thinking that my laptop had been hacked. I do save several key files on my desktop and this was what was concerning me. I called CG and had the pleasure of being connected with one of their technicians, Sunit. He quickly figured out what the problem was and with his patience and determination, I was functional again after a few hours, with no lost files.
