We had a very disappointing experience with this CIENCE. Over the course of our 6-month contract, we encountered several major issues that made the engagement ultimately a waste of time and money.First, the call center representatives were clearly not well-trained. Their lack of professionalism and understanding of our services reflected poorly on our brand. Additionally, we were shuffled between multiple account managers throughout the campaign, which resulted in inconsistent communication and a lack of clear strategy or accountability.The CIENCE-GO software provided was far from intuitive and failed to deliver accurate or useful reporting. It was difficult to navigate, and the data we did receive often didn’t match what was actually happening on the ground.Perhaps most disappointing was the quality of the contact lists. The leads they generated were not well-targeted, and many were completely irrelevant to our industry or services. Despite a significant financial investment, we didn’t receive a single qualified appointment or actionable lead during the entire engagement.Overall, I would never recommend this company. I recently engaged Cience Lead Generation, paying $10,000 for 250 qualified leads, expecting a professional service and solid prospects. Unfortunately, what I received was far from that. The leads they presented were completely fabricatednone of the individuals or businesses had requested information about my company. In fact, we obtained sworn affidavits from many of these so-called "leads" affirming they had never heard of us or requested any information.This is a blatant scam, and we're now in the process of pursuing legal action against Cience to recover our full payment. If you are considering working with them for lead generation, I strongly urge you to reconsider. Their practices are fraudulent, and you risk losing a significant amount of money without getting anything of value in return. Run away! Do not waste your time or money with CIENCE. We were oversold and they underdelivered at every step. Our first account manager left before we were onboarded. When we were reassigned to another person, we had to start onboarding over delaying our start time. Their account management team is all offshored, their SDR calling leads on our behalf could barely speak English and was clearly new to the position, the contact lists were so far off the audience we were targeting and when they were finally able to provide a decent list, they said they would have to charge us more for the custom list creation. They managed to eek out 2 first meetings in the 4-5 months we were with them. Oversold, under delivered. There was constant turnover with our team at CIENCE resulting in many wasted hours of us training, and re-training their team to sell our services. Their customer portal is super slow. When we were finally able to listen to some of their outbound call recordings, we were appalled that they were using none of the messaging we had coached them on. CIENCE also promised LinkedIn outreach, but that would happen in bursts only after we reminded them to do so after our bi-weekly calls. CIENCE also promised web landing pages, but they did nothing more than steal graphics from our website and copy / paste blurbs from out website. CIENCE was never able to show us where our ads were being shown either This was a total waste of close to $90,000 over a year. (We were stupid and renewed after the first 6 months.) Terrible company! I inquired to them, and they assumed EXACT opposite of what I needed. If they can't even handle a good, hot lead that's delivered to them, how can one expect them to provide good leads for your company? They can't even handle their own leads properly! Do not do business with this Company. They provide 0 results in 6 months and were unwilling to refund money for Services not rendered for an additional 6 months to rectify a fair solution. In my 30 years in business, I have never worked with an unethical company to this level of professionalism and lack of care. Vince Heaton and Rene Colbar refused to do the right thing and no reputable company would be comfortable delivering 0 results for 6 solid months and not refund the remaining 6 months.
