Super misogynistic. Women, be careful. Women's and labor rights are on the rocks. They don't pay Sunday premiums or insurance, and they move payments around as they please; they don't comply. Serious and committed people aren't good for you here. The Nativitas concentration facilities are passable, but they NO longer turn on the ventilation to save money. There are times when we're suffocating, and it's important not to pollute the air for health reasons. With the salary they offer of a thousand pesos a week, there's no way to really improve that company, that and the type of product. In Bait's case, it's a bad product; customers complain about poor service, whether by phone, in person, or online. The product fails, its campaigns or promotions are unattractive and illogical, the customer is not recognized, sales are made unethically, inhumanly, the coverage is terrible and lacks improvements, etc. (And Concentra is equally disappointing). It doesn't deliver what it offers, and that affects your sales, since you don't achieve it because people become demotivated, feel cheated, and are upset. Concentra has a significant advantage over you. You sign an early resignation, which shouldn't be the case. Making 6 sales without any payment isn't a positive tactic on the company's part either. The commission payment is minimal ($20), and the mechanism for keeping track of them is insecure and unclear. Furthermore, the company asks you to use your cell phone to work extra, following up with customers without even providing you with a connection or covering the cost of your recharges, much less covering that time. The food is very short, and you can't even use the prepared foods they sell there. The tiny lockers are very uncomfortable. They're also unsafe. The training is full of fake news, and it's also not well paid. They offer you rewards, but they don't deliver. Mobbing, favoritism, leverage, corruption, discrimination, and extremely poor conflict management. In other words, you're going to focus on working for the company to win. That's the reality. Not even as a student experience can it be said to be of great value.THEY PAY OUT OF RANGE. IT'S NOT A GOOD CHOICE FOR YOU. "XSaraCor 2016's Review Sourced from Google
Don't waste your time, since they try to recruit you via WhatsApp they have a terrible attitude, they delete messages and block youThey pay only 1000 per week, that is approximately 4000 per month, for a full-time schedule (8-9 hrs). There are better jobs than this, love yourselves and value your mental health guys. A promising place due to its facilities and modern environment, Concentra BPO could well be positioned as one of the best Call Centers in all of Mexico! If it weren't for its unprofessional and unethical staff. Supervisors don't know how to resolve problems and are so fond of gossip that they foster it, creating an atmosphere of hostility. Mauricio, MD, is a terrible person, and everyone thinks they know everything until the complaints about underpaid commissions begin. And they give you what they want, even if you sell twice their sales target (which is 7). Sadly, it remains to be said, but today, Friday, November 29, 2024, they stopped paying commissions.A shame for Mr. Pedro Abraham Álvarez García, who will never see his company grow thanks to the lies and fraud perpetrated from the depths of his offices. The place has a strange vibe, bad/good things happen there, I stayed because they saw that I was good at ATC, their Mapfre campaign was going to last a short time, they fired some of the Sinisters, the Supervisors of both parties the same, only if you put on the "knee pads" do they promote you, Beastly Personnel Rotation, they make you waste your time in the 10-14 day training, and if they see that you don't pay attention or you are bad and worse if you are of older age if you are Slowly they thank you, there are pretty girls on the Movistar side, you just have to know how to approach them "Daniel Torres's Review Sourced from Google
