Our law firm engaged Crisp to manage a marketing campaign. In our professional judgment, the results did not match the performance benchmarks emphasized during their sales presentation. We observed no meaningful increase in qualified leads, so the service did not justify its cost.The agreement was presented as a “limited‑time offer” requiring signature the same day, leaving no reasonable period for detailed review. Critical provisions, such as payment‑acceleration and warranty clauses, were accessible only through an online hyperlink, and Crisp did not provide a full hard‑copy or PDF of those terms at the signing.Bottom line: Based on our firm’s experience, Crisp’s campaign delivered limited value, and the contracting process lacked the transparency and review time we expect in professional services engagements. Others may have different outcomes, but we recommend obtaining every contract term in writing and allowing sufficient time for independent evaluation before committing. "
