It's a small company.They will work with you. The pay isn't that great but for the job it's worth it.The thing here is that as soon as you reach the 6 month mark they try to get rid of you.They do NOT FOLLOW the correct protocol according to the laws.And the HR DEPARTMENT has no idea what is going on with the employees and management.
