Division5

Division5 is an AI-native talent network for software engineering and specialist roles, based in Tirana, Albania, with an office in Cologne, Germany. We connect companies in Europe and North America with expert-vetted professionals from Albania, Kosovo and the wider Balkans, selected from the top 5% regionally by skill.

How we work: share a brief and we usually send relevant profiles within 24 hours, each with skills, project history, an introduction video and availability. You meet the candidates and confirm fit before anyone starts.

Services:
Staff augmentation: add one engineer or several to your own team, working in your tools, sprints and codebase.
Dedicated engineering teams: a full team built around your product, with a 30-day trial, replacement guarantee and a dedicated account manager.
AI and machine-learning engineers: LLM features, retrieval (RAG), ML models and data pipelines.
Employer of record in Albania and Kosovo.

Every professional in our network is AI-native: our engineers get in-house AI training and AI tools paid for by Division5. Engineers work on Central European Time, so their hours fully overlap with teams in Italy, Germany and the rest of Europe. Clients include KPMG Advisory, Esprinet and Rausgegangen.
