We won a holiday to New York themed on Only Murders in the Building. We had an absolutely amazing time. Really enjoyed the themed escape room, and the murder mystery dinner, they were good additions. Transfers were really good at communicating too.The Broadway behind the scenes tour was really interesting and something we probably wouldn't have thought to do. Our guide Lucy was really passionate about theatre and made the tour really interesting and showed us parts of the city we wouldn't have seen. We live near London so have seen a lot of the shows and it was lovely to speak with someone who's dream it is to be in one and show us a quirky theatre bookshop.We also loved the Go Pass, enabled us to hire bikes around Central Park, and visit the 9/11 museum, the one observatory tower, the natural history museum, and a sunset cruise. I think that really encouraged us to make use of every hour we had there.The only thing that would have topped it off would have been economy plus seats for the overnight flight home. We tried to upgrade for that leg of the journey but it was sold out. But can't fault any of it.Siobhan at Element put together a really good itinerary and a big thank you to her for organising it all it was fantastic from start to finish. "

I won a trip for two to London from TK Maxx, and the wonderful Samantha organized everything for us. At first, I honestly didn’t believe it was real and didn’t reply to her messages, and for that I’m truly sorry 🙈Now I’m writing this review with tears in my eyes and still can’t believe all of this really happened to us…It honestly felt like a real fairy had arranged everything in the most perfect way possible — everything was clear, super organized, thoughtful, and easy from the very beginning.We got to discover London, stayed in a lovely hotel in the city center, had transfers arranged for us, received a TK Maxx voucher, and so many other surprises that completely amazed us.Sam recommended nice (and delicious!) places to visit. Whenever we had any question or problem, she reacted immediately and solved everything right away. She is such a wonderful person who does her job not 10/10, but 100/10.I’m so happy that I got to meet her, even online :) And at the same time, I’m sad that this journey has ended and we have to say goodbye.If I could reward her with all the good things in the world, I absolutely would.
