The prize we won through Greatest hits was a two day spa experience at a spa of my choice. I have to say this was an amazing prize and superbly put together by Claire Richardson at Element. We won a holiday to New York themed on Only Murders in the Building. We had an absolutely amazing time. Really enjoyed the themed escape room, and the murder mystery dinner, they were good additions. Transfers were really good at communicating too. The Broadway behind the scenes tour was really interesting and something we probably wouldn't have thought to do. Our guide Lucy was really passionate about theatre and made the tour really interesting and showed us parts of the city we wouldn't have seen. We live near London so have seen a lot of the shows and it was lovely to speak with someone who's dream it is to be in one and show us a quirky theatre bookshop. We also loved the Go Pass, enabled us to hire bikes around Central Park, and visit the 9/11 museum, the one observatory tower, the natural history museum, and a sunset cruise. I think that really encouraged us to make use of every hour we had there. The only thing that would have topped it off would have been economy plus seats for the overnight flight home. We tried to upgrade for that leg of the journey but it was sold out. But can't fault any of it. Siobhan at Element put together a really good itinerary and a big thank you to her for organising it all it was fantastic from start to finish. "

I won a trip for two to London from TK Maxx, and the wonderful Samantha organized everything for us. At first, I honestly didn’t believe it was real and didn’t reply to her messages, and for that I’m truly sorry 🙈 Now I’m writing this review with tears in my eyes and still can’t believe all of this really happened to us…It honestly felt like a real fairy had arranged everything in the most perfect way possible — everything was clear, super organized, thoughtful, and easy from the very beginning. We got to discover London, stayed in a lovely hotel in the city center, had transfers arranged for us, received a TK Maxx voucher, and so many other surprises that completely amazed us. Sam recommended nice (and delicious!) places to visit. Whenever we had any question or problem, she reacted immediately and solved everything right away. She is such a wonderful person who does her job not 10/10, but 100/10. I’m so happy that I got to meet her, even online :) And at the same time, I’m sad that this journey has ended and we have to say goodbye. If I could reward her with all the good things in the world, I absolutely would. Thank you Element for having such an incredible employee and thank you Sam for our unforgettable trip ❤️ "

Literally from the moment we checked in, to the moment we returned, we can honestly say it was one of the most amazing holidays and experiences we’ve had as a family. The flights and transfers were seem less. Both hotels were amazing ( Isla Majueres being our favourite) and the excursions were so special. The weather, beaches and locals were all so lovely and we feel so very lucky to not only have won the holiday but to have had the chance to experience Mexico, it’s people and what it has to offer!! We can’t wait to return! So thank you to Jaecoo for giving us the chance to win this amazing prize but especially to you Sam! From the initial contact about the holiday, the organisation of our transfers and excursions and always being only a phone call away, you made it so hassle free and definitely contributed to this being a memory for all of us that we will never forget! Samantha organised a weekend away I won during an on air radio competition. She was super efficient, answering emails at speed (even outside of her working hours!) nothing was too much trouble. She booked us fabulous flights, picked a top hotel for us to stay in and even added my son on to the booking to celebrate his 16th birthday. Honestly every element of the trip was superb and that was due to Sam. Highly recommend Element for their professionalism and super organised team members. Hopefully I’ve more wins in the pipeline and I get to deal with the wonderful Sam again. "
