What a horrible experience with this company. As a contractor, you are told the payment should be made in 8-10 business days, then no money comes in. I am still waiting for payment only to be told there's a lag that should have been caught. I've been speaking to the agents almost everyday and you get blanket shallow responses. "

Easily one of the worst experiences I've had working with a payment tech provider. Came to them on the recommendation of ADP and chose to work with them because their pricing was more competitive than Deel, but I can assure you the savings is NOT worth 30x the headaches you can expect working with Globalization Partners. During the onboarding I was continually told how great the customer service is compared to Deel. I can also assure you that is NOT my experience. The live chat support is simply a warm body who knows absolutely nothing except for how to file a support ticket on your behalf so that someone who might know what to do can chime in. It takes FOREVER for your contractors to get their payment. It's been 11 days now since I approved payment for one of my contractors. It took 7 days for the payment to to be marked as "Paid" in their system (even though they drafted my account the same day I approved the invoice). 4 days later the contractor has still not received payment. Just awful service. Save yourself the hassle and pay the extra $ that Deel charges. Your blood pressure will thank you for it. "

I usually try and refrain from these types of reviews as I understand the unexpected challenges of running a business as an entrepreneur myself but this experience has been absolutely unacceptable. Any type of communication has been reactive and not proactive and I have staff members waiting on payments that I sent to them WEEKS ago. They had an option to pay contractors by connecting with Wise which was seamless but the moment they got greedy and chose to use their own bank transfer process everything became a disaster. Nobody seems to know what is going on but the only thing certain is they have my money and my staff is upset with me because they haven't received payment. I am left to deal with the after effects of their negligence and no sort of recourse has been offered. Highly disappointing. "

I trusted G-P because they were recommended by ADP, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. After setting up the system, I still cannot send a payment two weeks later. It has been 12 days since I opened a support ticket, and the lack of response is unbelievable. I am on the verge of closing my account.G-P uses Wise for international transfers, but you can use Wise directly for the same service without the hassle. Additionally, Cristian Zapata, the sales person, provided the worst customer service I have ever encountered.I rarely post reviews, but this situation warranted it. Save your time and avoid G-P. "
