Jamie, the dispatcher was prompt and communicative.I sent my Epson 5040UBE home theater projector to Great Lakes as they are an authorized repair center. After sending it in for a $100 estimate September 12, on October 13 I received word that my barely used $3000 projector was not worth repairing. I requested its return. All in, $180 wasted.But this projector has known issues, according to the blogs.Time for a second opinion from a center in Texas.
