Great Lakes Computer Corporation has two primary service divisions:

·      Managed Services
·      Maintenance 

Managed Services has been a GLC core offering - providing network administration, desktop support, and IT consulting throughout Ohio since the early 1990s.  The Managed Services group continues to provide the classic on-site network support for our customers but enhances that service offering with server monitoring, patch management, desktop support, and other services through the deployment of our Managed Services software tools. GLC has assisted many of our customers transition from a basic reactive support model to a Managed Services model at a price point previously unreachable.  This service increases network performance, system availability, user productivity, and customer satisfaction while reducing vulnerability and support costs. Our growing practice around data protection meets the needs of organizations faced with the ever-growing threat of cybercrime and data breaches.

The Maintenance division provides on-site hardware maintenance, repair, and system upgrades for clients in Ohio and throughout the United States. We also run a Depot facility that provides ship-in repair of laser printers, Point-of-Sale (POS) equipment, laptops, scanners, and various other IT components.  The depot provides an essential function for the field service technicians in the form of technical support and equipment swap-out & repair.  This depot and warehouse have also been utilized for storage and deployment capabilities when a large equipment rollout and installation are required.
