As the Chief Technology Officer for SilverTech, Derek leads the team that helps businesses create profitable relationships throughout the entire customer lifecycle - from lead to loyal, with a strategic combination of engaging web experiences, marketing strategies, and content management solutions.

Jeff  leads business strategies for national clients from an array of industries, constructing fully-integrated customer lifecycle marketing plans to build exceptional digital experiences that lead to customer loyalty for the best brands in the industry.

Bill combines technology, strategy, and creative elements to design and deploy the most innovative services and solutions available. Bill’s experience includes technical writing, CMS, marketing automation systems, Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, network infrastructure and security and Adobe Creative.

Erin has over eighteen years of experience in digital marketing. She is heavily involved in all key projects and directs the digital strategy team in conducting primary and secondary market and audience research, website analytics, persona development, and competitive analysis.

A strategic thinker, Cindy loves forecasting, finding efficiencies and working with leaders in the agency’s various departments to ensure things run according to plan.

Brad has two decades of professional experience across mu­­­ltiple agencies. At SilverTech he leads the team providing custom solutions to prospective customers. He works to define customer’s needs, develop an approach for an initiative and lay the foundation for successful long-term partnerships.

With almost 40 years of experience practicing law, Paul utilizes his extensive legal knowledge to serve as SilverTech’s Vice President, General Counsel. With a primary focus on business and corporate matters.

Hannah is a Human Resource Professional who manages the HR Department for SilverTech, Inc. and Pannos Marketing, Inc. in our Manchester, NH offices. She has over 6 years of dedicated experience in the human resources field.

Since joining SilverTech in 2015, Nina’s tech-savvy approach to financial reporting and accounting has been instrumental to the agency’s growth. Her prior work experience includes 10 years in auditing and tax preparation at Nathan Wechsler & Company in Concord, NH.
