HighCircl is a curated network of senior software engineers, built for companies that can't afford to hire the wrong person. Founded by engineers who spent over a decade launching mobile products and leading technical teams, it started from a simple frustration: traditional hiring agencies, job boards, freelance platforms consistently fails to deliver engineers who are both technically strong and reliable under real project conditions.

The solution wasn't to build another recruiter. It was to build a better filter.

Every engineer in the network goes through a four-step vetting process that screens for coding ability, communication, ownership, and professional mindset. Fewer than 10% of applicants make it through. The result is a pre-qualified bench of senior talent across mobile (iOS, Android), full-stack, and cloud, with fractional CTO profiles also available for teams that need technical leadership without a full-time hire.

Talent is sourced primarily from Europe, giving clients access to engineers in compatible time zones with strong technical foundations and competitive rates ($70-150/hr). The network spans multiple countries, with the company headquartered in Seville, Spain.

The matching process is intentional rather than algorithmic. HighCircl takes time to understand a company's goals, culture, and technical requirements before presenting candidates typically just 2-3 people, each a genuine fit rather than a volume shortlist. Companies can start the process and interview candidates with no upfront fees, and engagement models are flexible enough to scale up or down as project needs change.

Support doesn't stop at the contract. HighCircl stays involved through the engagement to make sure the partnership actually works, not just on paper.
