While I did issue final payment at the time, this was done under the assumption that the project was near completion and functioning as agreed. However, after launch, I continued to discover multiple issues that directly affect client experience and core functionality.Examples include:Incorrect booking redirects (clients selecting one service are routed to a different service)Google reviews on the website not updating as representedTypography inconsistencies when editing legal/content sectionsAdditional technical inconsistencies impacting usabilityThese issues were brought to his attention after launch. His response was that the project had been “approved and completed,” and he declined to review or address any of the concerns. He attributed the problems to post-launch changes on my end, which I do not agree reflects the situation accurately.At no point was there a clear, mutual walkthrough confirming that all agreed-upon functionality was tested and finalized without outstanding issues.
